Who we are
Rank Heights is a brand of Pedu Compliances Inc. (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information collected through www.rankheights.com and in providing our services.
Pedu Compliances Inc., 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, Kent, DE 19901, United States. Email [email protected] or call +1-432-777-2457.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, website, LinkedIn URL, market, budget range and anything you write in a form or email.
- Client information: access credentials, account data and business content you share so we can deliver services.
- Usage information: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have allowed them.
- Campaign information: UTM parameters in the link that brought you to us, recorded with any form you submit.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare audits and proposals, and deliver the services you buy.
- To send articles you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing, where you have consented to analytics and advertising cookies.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
Legal bases and consent
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, for marketing cookies and newsletters), on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, on legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of it: website hosting, form processing, email, customer relationship management, analytics, payment processing and cloud storage. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. Analytics and advertising cookies (for example, those from Google, Meta, LinkedIn or X) load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
International transfers
We operate across the United States, Canada, the UAE and India, and our team and service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the laws that apply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, client records for as long as the contract runs plus the period required for tax and legal purposes, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access for client accounts. Access to client accounts is limited to the team working on them and removed when an engagement ends. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
- United States: residents of states with consumer privacy laws, such as California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), can request to know, delete and correct their information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Canada: under PIPEDA you can access and correct your information and withdraw consent. For residents of Quebec, our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at the email below.
- United Arab Emirates: under the Personal Data Protection Law you can request access, correction, erasure and restriction of processing, and object to certain processing.
- India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can request a summary of the personal data we process, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent, use our grievance process, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
To make a request, email us. We will verify your identity and reply within the time the law requires.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
